Robert D. Jackson is a professional actor, community activist and educational consultant with aspirations to change the face of storytelling through television, film and theatre. He is a firm believer in the power of communication as a tool to bring communities together. He also hopes to share diverse narratives and perspectives that are often overshadowed by mainstream media and press.

Robert is a recent graduate of New York University Tisch School of the Arts where he received a BFA in Drama and trained at the New Studio on Broadway (Musical Theater Studio), the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), International Theatre Workshop in Amsterdam, and the Commedia Dell'Arte intensive in Florence, Italy. As an actor, Jackson has recognized the importance of understanding, empathizing and sympathizing with people from all walks of life. There’s tremendous value in sharing human stories that go untold via the stage and on screen. It is that understanding married with his activism that drives his impact. He understands that failures are not setbacks, believes that everything has a greater purpose and that the life lessons are right there if we allow ourselves to be open enough to see them. His advice to young men and women is to "live in your truth and your power". It is when you allow your gifts to fuel your power that you begin to open yourself up to the world.
